Cinnabon Protein Pancake Recipe

Cinnamon Roll Protein Pancakes:

Here's how to get 31g of protein,  in a tasty stack of pancakes with only 300kcals!



  • 30g Vanilla Protein (Hermosa)
  • 1 Vanilla Alpro Dessert 
  • 3 tbspn Erythritol ( or other sweeter )
  • Cinnamon Powder 
  • 1 egg 




  • Mix together egg, 1/2 Vanilla Alpro, 30g Protein, 2 tablespoons sweeter & all the cinnamon your heart desires. 
  • Use a non-stick pan to cook your pancakes 
  • Separately mix the remaining 1/2 Vanilla Alpro with the 1 tablespoon sweetener and more cinnamon 
  • Once you’ve cooked your pancakes, stack em’ up and drench them in your cinnamon pudding mix
