Cinnabon Protein Pancake Recipe
Cinnamon Roll Protein Pancakes:
Here's how to get 31g of protein, in a tasty stack of pancakes with only 300kcals!
Ingredients:
- 30g Vanilla Protein (Hermosa)
- 1 Vanilla Alpro Dessert
- 3 tbspn Erythritol ( or other sweeter )
- Cinnamon Powder
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- Mix together egg, 1/2 Vanilla Alpro, 30g Protein, 2 tablespoons sweeter & all the cinnamon your heart desires.
- Use a non-stick pan to cook your pancakes
- Separately mix the remaining 1/2 Vanilla Alpro with the 1 tablespoon sweetener and more cinnamon
- Once you’ve cooked your pancakes, stack em’ up and drench them in your cinnamon pudding mix
