What is HYROX?

HYROX is a world-renowned fitness race that fuses functional strength, endurance, and running into one timed competition. Expect a combination of sled pushes, rowing, wall balls, burpees, and running, repeated over multiple rounds. It’s raw, it’s real—and it’s designed to push your limits.

Already popular in London, Berlin, and NYC, HYROX now makes its Cyprus debut—brought to you by two of the biggest names in the local fitness community.
